 EDRA’s foundation within the Neighbourhood House sector formed out of  Emerald Business Group (a subcommittee of the

Emerald Community House in 2014).   

We are deeply embedded within the  broader hills & Cockatoo community, with established

networks across businesses, community groups, service providers, and volunteers. 

You can access Cockatoo Community House services and programs from our two locations in Cockatoo. The Cockatoo Community Complex at the Alma Treloar Reserve provides two hall spaces and you'll find a combination of meeting rooms, arts room and office services at The BASE. 

Our focus is on collaboration, community connection, and responding to local needs. We’re delighted to announce a continuing partnership with Windana, who will keep delivering the much-loved ACFE Learn Local courses. You’ll see many familiar faces, along with some new ones.
